Thief in tram????????

If you die in tram can your body be looted even with inscurance items? I Because the other day I died in doom got rezed and went on my merry way. About 1 week later I decide to check out the yew gate to see what I steal. Logged on my char and I my shadow dancer leggings and pendant of the magi were gone. I know they were insured and I had money in the bank. And the only thing I could remember is when I died in doom about a week ago. I didn't see anywhere on the screen that an item was taken but they were gone.

happened to me too... there are things in doom that will loot you... liche lords and such... the thing that sucked is i saw it happen and once i got rezzed and went back i couldnt find the right liche.... i was pissed, but thankfully it was just the cursed version of the shadow legs.... i finally just saved up to get my regular ones.... but yeah i was pissed when it looted me

insurance bug.. the items probably dropped on corpse and looted by monster..

main question is did you get the items yourself, or did you purchase them from a vendor? if they were purchased, and insured at the time of purchase, then there's a glitch with that that causes what gnomy mentioned. there's also a 'possible' bug if you swap insured items between your own characters though it's not certain.

I heard somewhere that a thief who steals from people in fel can get looted if he dies in Tram. Is that true?

Stupid insurance bug.

Also - stupid players. I put my Orny on a new ninja character to help speed casting/lower mana cost. I died and was walking around fel before I realized that I hadn't turned auto-renew on.

I screamed like a school girl, hid instantly and looked around wildly for other players before I felt safe enough to pop out and recall away.

Stupid me. But *whew.*

Yeah, if you are in the theives guild anyone can loot you

I didn't think they could in tram even in thieves guild?... o.0 I'm pretty sure that anyone can kill you in fel and you don't get to count them, though.
