Was there a nerf to Cons. Weap?

I am glorious lady 95.5 chiv. and it only lasts about 8 - 10 seconds.

That is too short. It seems to me it used to last longer.

I think that's about right. I can do about 5-6 swings before I have to re-cast CW.

i am at lord and it is about 10 sec so yes no nerf just a quick spell
