It is completly passive. Just walk around carrying some blackrock and occasionally a creature will become infected around you. They will change to a red hue and their name will change to include the (blackrock infected).
The other day I was killing a Reaper. I had already shot 2 arrows at him and then he changed to infected.
In my opinion it still needs to be made more likely to happen.

What is this "Armageddon" spell you speak of? How do you cast it? I've heard something about how you need to use blackrock as the reagent, but does your piece of blackrock disappear when you use it?

I wish I had seen this prior to my blackrock attempt. It was fast and before I knew it, OOooOOoo.

As to infecting creatures, that I have done, yet I have to see one of the boxes that they could carry. I am waiting to see what Wexton and Kronos will do with the machine.

I cast armageddon 2 or 3 times a day. I have yet to die from it. It does cause about 75hp damage though. Ihave saved my biggest chunk (23 stones). I have insured this rock and carry it with me always. I still have not successfully infected anything but myself. I hear the voices constantly................Not sure how to talk back to them............I use the note to self feature to try and respond but that does not seem to work.
