I check it quite often but have only ever seen Luis and Cobra on a few times.

http://www.thetigerden.com/voice.htm has some low price servers . 100 people for 30 (if u do math less 4. per slot or 4 million sold in gold on ebay, which most guilds can swing) a month are others out there . team speak is very nice for hunts. but be warned they make game more personal.
there is also ventrilo which i hear is alil planner but worx as well if not better as far as bandwidth use

Actually after the first night I read about it I logged on only Luis was on. After that I checked every evening but no one was ever on

Yah.. me too or I'm already in my guild TS... I'll login tonite though as I'm just going to be training LP and Cart anyways... it'll keep me sane while I mindnumbingly break picks and toss world maps on the ground.
