Do any of yall use teamspeak while playing the game?
If so do u have problems with people getting upset over stupid stuff.
Like questioning them about something, why its not working? Then them saying u think there stupid.
Or problems with people talking to loud or controling the conversation or someome accusing someone of doing that?
I am just curious. I had a guy leave the guild and say he would never hunt with us or anything because of those very reasons I just mentioned

I've never had a problem with teamspeak while playing. I'd heard people get upset with each other, but usually it's just a little difference of opinion and then they are fine. On Napa, our guild was even invited on another guild's teamspeak once and there no problems.

It really hurts cause I condidered the guy a freind. He was new to the shard when he first joined our guild and I went out of my way to help him out of kindness and I like to help people. I am the one who built this guild up and it just bothers me when people leave and especially when we are accused of something that is just not true. Most everyone in our guild wold give the shirt off their back to help someone. And this paticular guy I made sure we went out of our way to help him to adjust to being on a new shard and really grew to like him. I dont know maybe I am jsut rambling on but it really hurts to have this happen
I am also a little torn cause my wife can be a bit loud when she gets upset, like dying or something in game. This one paticular guy accused her of being to loud and it almost caused her to quit playing UO. Bad thing is I admit she can be loud at times but she has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone

Yeah that's weird, leaving the guild coz of that. It does get loud, and confusing with everyone trying to talk over each other. And people do get upset, especially during tense situations. But then they get over it and go back to whatever they're doing.

Hehe.. never had anyone get upset like that... I've been known to spontanously start singing in Teamspeak however. So I don't know which is worse.. some say the singing. :/

yeah I dont really understand what has happened?
I have heard other guilds like pvp guilds who just cut each other down in nasty ways yet they seem to get along fine. We are in the same teamspeak server as chaos a major pvp guild in Atlantic. Though we have our own room I have been up there when they talk and it just amazes me the way the get along with the way they talk to each other. Our guild is in no way like that and we would never consider cutting anyone down by saying they are stupid or what.
Now I have called myself stupid cause I do some stupid stuff sometimes. And yes we joke around and in a friendly way joke with each other but never to hurt someone

LOL that funny cause I do the same thing,.; Someone will say something and it reminds me of a song and I will just start singing before I realize it and hafl the time embarrass myself

It's nice to hear people speak in teamspeak. Sometimes you just have this image of the person in your head, and they don't fit the voice you hear.

Yes there has been a couple of people I wasnt even sure if they were male or female. And was suprized when I heard them on teamspeak

The last guild I teamspeaked with were pretty civil towards each other. When there was a slight made, it was in gest or usually a guess at who was the drunkest at the time. I won that one several times. *grin* I've been yelled at in TS once or twice but it was usually due to something stupid I did in game during a fight or raid. Meh.. teamspeak is a good tool for PvP and on some shards even discouraged as it gives too much of an advantage.

Even if we don't have a mic, listening to the guys do help a lot. You can't be fighting and typing at the same time.

I can completely understand how you'd be hurt by this...it's a really sad thing. Honestly though, if someone can't deal with it, or look past something little (like your wife being loud at times) he's probably not worth it.

Our guild doesn't use teamspeak currently, although we should. And we are the same as you, no way could I imagine any of us cutting each other down and being rude :/ That's crazy...
