Talisman override weapon?

Do the stats on a talisman override weapon stats (such as, in the case of slayers - If I'm carrying a talisman of, say, a bird slayer and a bow of dragon slaying, will one override the other?

I guess the only way to find out is to test it. Try taking down a dragon with just your slayer weapon, note the damage you do, then pop on your Talisman and see if the damage goes down or stays the same.

Neither gets over ridden, you actually get both

That is why the "Slayer bow" type is popular because if you use a heartwood runic fletching kit to make that special slayer bow, there is a possibility of getting an elemental and demon slayer on the bow, so a double slayer type. The reason you want that is because a Dark Father is considered both an elemental type and a demon type, so if you had a bow that with both those slayers, you do 4x the amount of damage you would normally do! So like 300+ per hit is possible lol.

yes they work together. when I used to go to swoops, I would put on my bird tali, and use the soulseeker for my swdsman, for the leeches and speed, and still get serious hits on swoop.

*nods* yes they work together, both talisman and weapon slayer properties.

And, before hte damage cap, you could get 4* damage from a deamon/demon slayer on the DF.
You could also get 2.75 on the DF if you used demon/ ANY elemental (fire, water, blood, air, etc) or daemon/ ANY elemental.

The double deamon one doesn't work anymore, but the demon/elemental one still does.

So Repond Slayer wep and Ice Slayer Tali on an Arctic Ogre Lord would be 4x, yes? Also Ice tali with Demon Slayer on Ice Fiend?

Also, the Butchers War Cleaver is a Bovine Slayer, so that with a Bovine Slayer Tali on a Minotaur would be 4x?

Evil Mages with Mage Tali and Repond Wep?
