Tailoring items?

Is there any type of jewelry or itme that give tailoring?

Talisman's which you recieve for doing Mondain Legacy Quests.

The only thing that I know that can help tailoring is a talisman from the quest's in heartwood, it doesn't improve your skill it just gives a better chance of crafting something if you can already make it.

There are talismen or were.. from rewards at Heartwood, which are pretty good. I have several with attributes of: Chance of Exceptional +27% on down. The one with the Exceptional chance of 27 also has an increase in skill of 18, so it makes your chances of getting Exceptional higher, as well as chance of creating at all. I also have Smithing, Tinkering, Achemy and Fletching ones with similar stats. The ones I have were from early days of the Heartwood, so not certain if they spawn that high any more.
