Swordsmanship not going up while sparring.
I was dueling with my brother who is in my guild, and I noticed that not once did my swordsmanship go up! Anyone know how to have it go up while sparring with your guildmates?

You shouldn't be in any house owned or friended by either of you.
His fighting skills should be higher then yours. Move around to different areas if you don't see any gains. Use a faster, less damaging weapon. Even at over 100 in skills I can still gain even when fighting low end monsters, 105 Fencing, gained .2 in like 40 minutes fighting trolls, ogres and lizardmen.  Lord F'Nor Emissary to Avalon the MoA

Also you might want to check your info as to how your rate is shown.
On the paper doll gump,click Options,select the icon as shown and follow    |

should be in range with your skill as well.. not more or less than 10 of your skill.
