Stealing!

Yuck... this is going to be a long road to GM... so... very... slow...

I've just spent a little over 45 minutes training with my llama and have only a single gain to show for it. My skill level is 33.1 and I have been working with both three and four stone items. Am I doing something wrong here, or is it really this ridiculously slow to gain in stealing?

Is there a stealing training NPC in new haven? I thought skill gains were faster there up to 50 at least.

I dont think so, Ally... I looked when i started mine a week or 2 ago.

Since when does stealing knock you out of stealth?!? Horrible! Detestable! It makes no sense...

It has knocked you out of stealth for at least two years. Probably a lot longer

Only tips on gaining that I know of. Be sure to be in a fel city, around lots of NPC's, have your pet guard you and keep stealing items around 3 stones until 35. Then move up to 4 stones. I used leather and put them in stacks. With the new code not sure if it would help to have multiple targets or not.

Aha! I figured out what I was doing wrong, I didn't have my llama set to guard mode. It made all the difference in the world, gains are much quicker now
