![]() | Re: State of UO today? Vepl, maybe some enjoyed it, but there is no hardcore pvp player that would have not played SP because it allowed 5 players, while there is many other players who did not join because they didn't like that idea, found it a inconvenience, and limited there play options. The way the gains are yes it may be not so bad, but it was intended to be, and advertised to be more difficult. Another reason to keep players away. |

I personally believe they've made the game both to difficult and to easy at the same time By difficult, I mean skill gains, the loss of powerhour, 8x8, the restrictions on things like soulstone usage, the difficulty in obtaining any decent loot unless you hunt 24/7 or happen to hit the lucky number with UO's flakey random number generator, or if you buy stuff with real cash. By easy, I mean insurance, items never wearing out, blessings galore, corpses not being lootable, bags of sending etc. ![]() ![]() RMS Carpathia: actually the way the iron golems look in this game.. it looks like trailer trash redneck borgs.. because they are just diffrent metals all put togeather and when they walk they look like they are going to fall over ![]() ![]() ![]() Get your own personal forum Like these ones - Personal forum listing Bored @ work? They should have left the servers as they were and just opened some PvM only shards. I would have happily started on a new PvM server just to get away from the pre-Ren rule set! Then any new shards needed would be either PvM or PvP as the population numbers warranted. As the game is now I would think if your ping was good to Siege it would be the way to go for PvP. It has it's problems too but overall the Siege players I knew from my days there were much more mature acting than the PvP'ers on Great Lakes. ![]() Tuka ![]() ![]() Kinsmen are born.
