http://www.uostuff.com/ow.asp?SpellweavingI 'believe' you get the book when you start the spellweaving quest in Heartwood (not remember for sure who you talk to). Then you add spells as you get them. except for summon fey and summon daemon, where you have separate quests to receive those spells.

Actually you get the book along with 2 spells after you complete that quest(not as you start it hehe).
And its Summon Fiend. Sorry for being so anal today.

yeah hubby pointed that out to me when i showed him.. again it's all in the link though.

ya u have to do a heartwood quest to get the book and a few of the scrolls but all the other scrolls come as loot from monsters... i think the arcanists are the ones u ask for the quests.

Well no point in having it for people to use if they have not completed the quest themselves. Because you can not use spellweaving spells until you take the intial quest and complete it.

You can get through the ugly Exodus minion/overseer killing part with help from others though... you don't actually have to completely kill the things alone. Along with a party it's enough that you do some of the damage, probably enough to get looting rights.

So basically if you can throw out mindblasts on a character with no combat skills other than magery without eval, even that will do if you have folks to back you up.

With NO means to deal damage at all... then you're fairly screwed. Though there's another Spellweaving quest in the Sanctuary that requires different things to complete, I forget what. Getting into the Sanctuary without combat skills is a whole other matter...

Explosion pots + Enhance Jewlery.
Works like a charm. Or Blade Spirit Scrolls.....or explosion pots......or kitties.....
