Okay, so here's what lamebrain did (that would be moi).

I ignored where it said to uninstall ML before installing 9th Anniversary (just renamed it). Was having audio issues and wondered if there was a conflict so I tried an uninstall after the fact but it uninstalled 9th instead of ML. So now I can't uninstall ML at all. ::groan::

So I reinstalled 9th (still have the same issues) so I could play again. Am I in trouble?

Also:
If I wanted to have a second account, what would I do? Would I need a second 9th or could I use the code for a free account that came with the ML upgrade (yeah, I stupidly bought ML before I saw there was a 9th and that it had all of the ML stuff with it - so I spent like $50 for all this - yikes).

Do you have a system restore feature on your comupter? If so restore at a point before you install the 9th anniversary the first time. Then try uninstalling ML


If you get that to work you can use the new account code that you got with ML for a second account.

Umm... no idea bout the restore thing but I've changed too many things to feel comfortable doing that, even if I can. God only knows what wouldn't work after that...

No prob- just delete the ML folder..run a registry cleaner then re-boot.

Run the reg cleaner again..to be sure, to be sure then install 9th
