I can't find the page right now... but like in some situations, UO likely has more than one producer. Example there are other games and films that have a single producer. But others still have multiple producers. Then sometimes you have different types of producers... producer, executive producer, assistant producers and so on. |

![]() | Re: So, who's the new UO 'Producer'? Quote: Walt, on the other hand, only updated his LinkedIn profile to say he'd gone on to Turbine in September : "Executive Producer Turbine, Inc. (Privately Held; 201-500 employees; Computer Games industry) September 2007 — Present (2 months) Description forthcoming. I am an Executive Producer of an unnannounced title and the Acting Senior Producer for Lord of The Rings Online." Whereas just prior to that : "Producer II Electronic Arts (Public Company; 5001-10,000 employees; ERTS; Computer Games industry) February 2007 — September 2007 (8 months) I manage the Producers for the MMORPG's - Dark Age of Camelot and Ultima Online. I managed The Sims Online until May 2007." As far as I can tell, he's only just left UO. Edit : And while I was typing that, an email appeared from MMORPG.COM, linking to this announcement from Turbine today - "WESTWOOD, MA - October 5, 2007 - Turbine, Inc., one of the largest privately-held online game companies in North America, announced today changes in its management team designed to position the company for long-term growth. Jim Crowley has been named president and CEO. The move is one of many that Turbine has recently made to invest in new talent that will drive the next wave of the company’s growth including the addition of industry veterans Craig Alexander as Vice President of Product Development and Walt Yarbrough as Executive Producer.
