Small Rant..Please forgive

It seems that the 10th anniversary edition will not be a boxed edition. :BOO:

That means that people that have to reinstall the game due to a botched patch will have to patch all the way from last year (9th ann..)

I was really looking forward to an up to date patched Cd. It take a long time to patch a years worth of changes when you do a reinstall.

I really hope that they reconsider this. Hell, sell us a box for $19.95( with tokens and other goodies.) I mean after all this is the TENTH ANNIVERSARY!

I guess we will soon see as they release it. I did read on stratics that the 10th anniversary events wil be open all to all though.

Buti guess they will put something in the 10th anniversary box set to make everyone want to go out and buy at least one.

Great, another expansion I will miss.. And will miss any events or goodies that are put out there too...

I hope they just put them in my characters backpacks, and stuff is waiting there til I get back in 6 months.

Yeah, no CD (there's no way that it could be free if it were on CD).

From what i read they said in japn theres to be a boxed set which will have a face change token in it, the usual booklet etc etc

But the in game 10th ann. event will be open to all

According to Jeremy, we (europeans/Americans) won't be getting the box, so I don't know if we'll all get a face token or whatnot.

What good is a face change token if you can't play KR. I spent 140.00 on a nvida 7600 with 500 meg ram and KR still won't run on P4 2.4 gig with 1 gig mem. Tonight I logged on UO to fine maybe 10 people in game granted its holiday weekend but 10 people. UO has been on a death spiral all summer less and less people. More post than I have ever seen about people quiting, no new content or events just a buggy new client. I say let them keep their face change tokens and shove them where the sun doesn't shine.
