Have u guys seen the singing balls that have the sellers description on them even though they are not on a vendor? Aren't these just duped balls that didn't turn out right? I have seen several of them on Lake Austin at a very well known vendor spot and was just wondering. Thanks

Singing balls or Ask and Answer balls?

Singing balls will give different noises when locked down in a house.

The ask and answer balls are the ones that got vendor bugged. They have the "Sellers description" even without being on a vendor. They are worth more with the description but a GM can take it off if you want. If a GM removes the description it becomes an animated crystal ball that when clicked gives the ask and answer mumbo jumbo.

An animated crystal ball is a bugged snow globe that losts it's name.

An unanimated crystal ball is an old crystal ball that used to spawn on lich corpses and in static chests.

Thanks for the info Flutter. But, I don't think there is a difference in 3D, they all appear to be unanimated to me. When the servers come back up, I'll log into 2D and then 3D to see for sure.

hehe, most people do play 2d, I'm just one of the oddballs that play 3d most of the time
