setting a hotkey with the 2d client

I would like to set a hotkey with the 2D client so I can hide by using the keyboard. how do you do this?

You could go to options, then macro. When you add the macro you should find a function called "UseSkill" . When you select it you get to define the skill next to it. When you are editing the macro, there is somewhere you can define the key as well on the same screen.

You will see the almost endless limit of one key macros you can create through the system Nox mentioned above.
UOassist is awesome as well, and is worth considering if your going to stay with 2d for a while.
All my numerical keys and Function keys are used on my main hunting character.
