Server down

When the servers go down at night do you usually get more than a 5 second warning? I was at swoops in the middle of fighting with new pets, got msg ~server going down soon~ so was making it my last swoop, bang servers down, will have lost my pets, gold and have died, am really pissed off took 2 hours to tame the beetle!

how longs the server stay down?

Afaik there is usually a fair warning gioven, ie,15 mins or so.

Its a long time till I played till server down,so I cant be 100 % sure ,and there is no mention of the server going down without a warning on UOHall, and trust me if it had ,there would be 7 pages by now of *%$£

When others read,some one might be able to tame another beetle for you.

There is always at least a 5-10 minute warning in advance, then one or two more before it goes down. You apparently missed the warnings.

Also, not to pile on, but things like that are EXACTLY why I never mess with a pet until it is bonded. Ever.

The server is usually down less than 30 minutes, unless they're doing major maintenance (like they did a month or so ago).

i have missed that warning alot haven't been to server down in a awhile but could have missed warning

To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill.
