As some of you may know I rp on the GL shard, recently we had an issues with our High Council, it seems to have, or is being collapsed. Does any other shard have a RP High Council, and if so could you give me an overview of it. Thanks.

Fire Angel I play on legends and as far as I know there are many guilds that Rp. And I'm involed with some of them some others I've had problems with in the past because of the actions they do towards others and there little "rules" that they don't follow. But as far as a council goes we have no such thing as not really any of the guilds that rp really interact with one aother. I could list the guilds I know that rp on the shard. But as far as I know not everyone interacts with one another due to different storylines that each set of guilds are playing out.
