You get additional colour choices as the account ages (per year)

Sweet my account is like 69 monts old, have to wait for the 72 months tho, dont I get two rewards at 72 months? or was that 60 months?

At the 72 month mark, an account is credited with 2 additional choices and can choose any preceeding year reward or from the following items.

Got that from uoguide.com. Little hard to look in the KB.
