Returning Player with Old Account

Hey everyone. I played UO for years, but have been off to school for the last 2 years and haven't kept my account up. I'm assuming that my house is gone by now, but what about characters and their bank accounts? Are they still there? I don't want to pay the monthly fee on the old account if they are gone, I might as well start a new account with the free 14 days, then pay after that. Any thoughts on what's still there on an old account (characters, bank account items, etc.)? Thanks!

They should still be there, with everything worn and in your bank box and pack. Your house, if you had one, has most likely fallen.

I reactivated my account recently after a SEVEN year gap and my characters still there

After a seven year reactivation, do you get seven years of vet choices?

I got 3 items which i think is the level for the time I played before it deactivated

that's right. You won't get credit for deactivated time when it comes to vet rewards.
