Redagent Reduction?

Ok when i open peoples papperdolls I see many have 16% procent redagent reduction for exampel.

If a person get it up to 100% are the spells free from redagents??

welcom jogge! You are correct, at 100% you can cast spells without reagents.

At higher percentages (75 and up) many people also wear arcane clothing. This will only use charges 25% of the time (when you do not use the reagents).
