Question about Swoop

Greetings fellow adventurers!

A question for you experts: Since they nerfed Swoop, what is the chance of an artifact drop? I have nearly 20K feathers from farming this monster (thank you, 120 Discord), and I have yet to get an artifact at 1441 or 2141 luck (depending on if I've hit a luck statue).

Am I still just stuck at the low end of the RNG?

just unlucky I guess. I got one a few days after the nerf..
