Does anybody else use www.paybycash.com to order game time codes?

A friend of mine has to use it for some reason and when he enters his e-mail address to log in it just says "Timeout. We're sorry. For your security and proper processing, your order information has timed out. Please restart your order on the Merchant's web site."

He has placed orders through them before, and received the codes. I first interpreted it to mean that some order he placed has been cancelled, but he has no orders pending. I'm guessing it means that his session has timed out, and he just needs to log in again. But no matter how many times he tries, it just takes him straight to the Timeout screen.

How can his login information be timed out when he hasn't even logged in yet? Frustrating.

Yes, they are pretty expensive, but my friend has no choice. Cash is the only way he can pay.

If your friend is using Internet Explorer, try Firefox. If he's using Firefox, try Internet Explorer. There's a lot of awful non-standard web site coding going around which breaks web site functionality in one browser or the other.
