And yes there is no 5 minute wait between prisoners.
And the location I posted above I actually mark a rune in the cage(so the orcs rarely bother me), and I get done my compassion in less than 5 minutes for the day per character.

Have you tried opening the door?
Its more a cell than a cage....I just like the word cage better than cell.

Hmmm maybe I should try again. I tried a few times a year or so ago and they were locked. I never could manage to unlock them. Another thing to go check on. I shall have to make a list!! Thanks!

Well they are unlocked on Catskills I think they would be unlocked by now on LS.
