Are there any good places to build a new house on UO these days? Also, what happens when you want to move, can you temporarily have 2 houses until you can move your stuff?

I do not play on Cheesy, but I can suggest wandering around Malas. Trammel is hard to find a spot, but you can normally find a starter spot there.

Yes, if you own a house and get another, you have 7 days to move your house contents and do what you like with the old one before it collapses and vanishes. So in the 7 days get all your stuff out and sell your old house if you want to

Y-y-y-yeah. Der is places to build. I g-g-g-get bored and break camp regular. To find a new place, I will wander around with a house placing tool to just about everywhere in the land. Though, I will also mark runes of places I like, keep them in a book, then recall once in awhile to see if they are empty. Over time, they are. I have had some f-f-f-fine cribs here and there.

Right now house heaven is Legends. You can find a house along water in Trammel and Felucca, including some really choice places right outside of towns p-p-people would not normally b-b-b-believe you could place a house. Dat's part of the game to me as well. I p-p-p-personally don't like Malas, but der is some sweet 18 by 18's available out there, especially on charm shard (Legends). Hehe-hahaha! *coughs severely*
