the largest customizable house, 18x18, goes for 30-50 mill depending on location on atlantic.

If you want a NE server I would recommend Catskills, housing isn't hard to find and I have many friends on the server that I could get you oriented with. If you don't mind the latency, Lake Austin is a great server for house finding. Not to mention that the UOForums guild is located there and we are always willing to aid new or returning players. Hope this helps. Oh and the largest customizable houses on Lake Austin run for like 100 thousand.

I dont know where origin shard is but if you care about a house you can place in many many spot in malas. the shard is kind of nice cause not many people to hog spawns but then group hunts are hard to do... unless u can find a really active guild. Equipment might be alittle harder to get to but its a good shard if you wanna work.

i still can't decide which server, currently im on cats, but its so different
 think im gonna switch to legends, i get a better ping there
