But you need to make sure you feed it then stable it. Leave it in the stable for 7 days (not game days). On or after the 7th day, get your pet out of the stable and feed it again. You should get a message that your pet has bonded. I always rename the animal with the date that it should bond, so that we you say claim list you can see when your pet should bond.

If your pet doesn't bond, start the process over.

Thats a really great idear on nameing your pet with the date i will definitly try that

Oooh, I shall do that. I'll rename him a real name after, kinda awkward saying "come here November 8, come on boy, that's a good November 8!"

yes Ziggy is absolutely correct, forgot there is a lesser hiaryu and the greater version just named hiaryu I believe?

Correct merth. The lesser is named "a lesser hiryu". The is other is just plain "Hiryu"> Causes no end of confusion when trying to sell one.
