patch notes question

Comment: this is from patch notes for test centers on 6/20 - Players can now add to their friends list via unique ID even when the friend is offline can someone tell me what the "unique ID" is? thanks ------------------------ It's not actually anything y'all can see, and we're going to pull that feature out for the moment, since it does no one any earthly good E.
