Parrots do spawn on any new ML critter!

It has to be bonded to drop. And if it dies before you tell it to drop, the stuff will stay on the corpse.

I just figured I'd say how it was done as I've come across quite a few people in game that don't know pets drop. This way anyone who didn't know and was reading will know.

I think I just confused myself. Easy to do mind you.

With the parrots you do NOT want to even cast recall in my house as it gets rather noisy. And yes loot those swoops that others don't. Lots of great things that way. Parrots, gold, pieces of the armor sets. Sometimes I just go there and loot.

Update to this. I got a parrot off a centaur from the champion spawn in Twisted Weald. Some people had fought it up that far and I'm like heck why not. These centaurs are neutral so you do not lose karma for killing them. They have the new weapons as loot on them as well.

Getting them does'nt seem to be a problem..

Mine though, I have noticed the other night, has started to mimic everything I say while I am working in my workshop......kinda cute

Just hope I don't hit my thunb with a hammer ....lol

I got one in the Painted Caves a few weeks ago too. I have three at my house, aged 6, 5 and 3 weeks old... and not one of the litttle darlings has bothered to mimic me even casting a spell! I don't understand it a bit. I played the Beta and had 6 there all talked to me!!

Someone told me to turn off any objects in the house that 'talked' so I did, but that hasn't helped. I feed the dum dums and they yell " I want a cracker" or that just flew in thing... but not one has 'talked' to me the way they should. I am wondering if they don't like it up on my roof garden, but I feed them and go up to talk to them so they should be happy!! Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?
