They talk, flap thier wings, make noises and have a yellow life bar. You can feed them parrot wafers and they will say things, but they will talk even if you never feed them, and the older they get the more they talk. Mine on beta actually made it to be 4 weeks old and he talked a lot

When you want to move them all you do is chop the perch at the base and the parrot will go with it, and you can't change perches so be sure you get the color perch you want him on to begin with. Other than that, they are pretty and colorful. I have seen many colors and many shades of those colors on beta.

I've heard that they've come from a certain quest as well.. True or false?

I dunno bout the quest thing, never heard of that. But you can get them from loot on many things, even the thieves in the Citidel. I know we got some from Dread Horn too.

We never got parrots from a quest on beta as far as I know. And we had alot of people doing those quests too.

They come as loot.

Yes you can move them by axing the perch...
You get a deed that says "A parrot perch including one parrot named whatever"
