I know titles appear on paperdolls when you become famous. But how do they appear on your name above your character or even on things you create that are "exceptional".

Like a Valorite Luna crafted by "Lord Whatever".

You can't create a character with the word "Lord" in it.

I believe when you are a Lord/Lady, that part of your title is added automatically to your maker's mark.

Yeah, Lord is a karmic title you get when you're at the top tier in Karma. Now I'm not sure how it works for crafters. Can crafters get a Lord title without hunting for karma or is there some other means for obtaining the title, though bod turn-ins for instance? If you have the Lord Title and are a GM crafter, the Lord title will be added to things you craft.

As for crafters, one of the easiest ways to do this is just to get GM+ magery (can you jewelry or a soulstone) and EV Daemons till you drop. High end bods will get you pretty far (if not there), but it takes a long long while. EVing high end spawn is a lot quicker.
