![]() | Hi! I'm wondering how exactly consacrate weapon work. I mean, does it mean that the elemental damage on the weapon doesn't matter, because you overwrite it with consacrate weapon? So with my paladin archer I should use quiver of infinity because any craftable quivers mean nothing? And I shouldn't bother with the elemental type damage on weapons? I'd love some light on that spell ![]() ![]() Save Water!! Drink BeEr!!! ccasion14: :succubus1: |

![]() ![]() | Re: a Paladin question I think its the percentage of physical damage available that is converted. So if you have a weap with 50% phys dam and 25% fire and 25% cold say, you'll still get the 25% fire and cold dam but the 50% will be converted into whatever hurts the target most. I'm pretty sure about that, but its been awhile since I played pally. |

I never bother with the actual mechanics of a game. But basically yes it takes some of the damage and converts it to the type that that critter is hurt by the most. (which it converts and how much I do not know) ![]() Tuka ![]() ![]() Kinsmen are born. Friendship is a gift of the gods. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: a Paladin question yes, conc weap over-rides your weapon damage, and quiver damage. It focuses 100% of your damage output on the targets lowest resist. If you have a 100% physical weapon and their lowest is cold, your weapon is now a 100% cold weapon. ![]() ![]() |

![]() | thx! Here's an argument about mischief maker and his 100% cold damage undead slayer (undeads are mostly high cold resist). Definitely a great paladin weapon. So! the only pro of craftables quivers is the "bugged" max ammunition on it. And maybe the weight reduction... And the pro of quiver of infinity is the lower ammo cost (which is somewhat not cool versus the max 500 amunitions and the .. like 3-4k ammunitions craftables may hold) and the 5% def chance increase. Oh yea, its pimped tool too. Looks to me the craftables got a point at guantlet... Well, thx for the answers!! case close. ![]() ![]() Save Water!! Drink BeEr!!! ccasion14: :succubus1: |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: a Paladin question I think the biggest pro of the Infinity is the fact that its blessed and it has the 5dci. There are more non archers that use it I would say. Its free when you die, plus free 5dci. Cant go wrong there.... ![]() ![]() |
