Ophidians...not to be feared?

Is it just me, or are ophidians generally slower now than they were originally? I swear they would run you down on foot years ago and I was on broadband then too. They're also another group of monsters who really became too weak post-AoS, like dragons.

They didn't seem slower, but then again, I don't run.

I remember going to the desert out by their lair, and luring them around to train on. I also remember the suicide runs we made into the lair itself. Good times!

I don't know. I've fought Terathons a lot before but never Ophidians. I have a new sword/peacer, all his skills are like mid 80's. He is getting awesome gains of these guys.

They are waaaay easier than the Terathons I've fought.

I was at the temple recently and I just couldn't believe how slow they seemed.

I guess the Ophidians fear Punk Buster and have turned their speed hacks off.
