Is this event over? If not, where's the fun at?

I believe the invasion is over

. There was mention that the rations/books/skins may still be used for something in the future.

Yes ,the event ended some months back,sadly you missed that one.

With the release of the KR client,there isnt anything 'going on' at present with the year long 'Inu event' [ Ophidians was a part of that] but there is currently
' Firework Fun ' on test centre,plus you could download the new client and have some fun trying out the new UI .

You can find everything to do with Inu here anf Firework fun here .

I beleive its runnung for a few nights on the hour so check over on UO Herald [ theres a link above.] for the latest update
