One thing about the Focus Instructor in New Haven.

source taken from UO U.Hall

Why is he facing the bank-wall?
That doesn´t seems like the right way to welcome new players.
You might wanna change this, devs.

He was bad and is in a "time-out"

Just another example of the half baked, tossed together rush-job that is New Haven im afraid.

Ive always though that if a jobs worth doing its worth doing well. The UO Devs however seem to think otherwise...

Craftsman

Are you trying to build here or de(con)struct, Craftsman?
(Just something I've been thinking about while reading the posts connected to your username lately.)

If it is a bug that bothers you then report it.

Or better yet, just rant rave & call the Devs incompetent and I bet that'll make things better.

You say UO can't be trusted to fix problems since so many exist from years ago. Well, maybe things will be different in the future. UO has several more devs than in the past. Maybe they will be able to fix some of these problems...especially when they pop up in KR.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears that the quest system was not having the NPC face the player character while interacting with him/her. This should be corrected for all quest givers internally. Ready for QA to test.

Re: One thing about the Focus Instructor in New Haven.

clarisse the servent on at least one shard is blocking the entrance to the tailor shope. This stops the New Haven escorts from walking in or out of the tailor shop. And yes, I checked. It is a static npc that will not move if you do the line 'Clarisse please Move' I did send in a message to a GM about it and got the cut/paste message about they will look into it and because of the privacy policy, I will not know what actions will be taken blah blah blah, which to me means they sent it without actually reading what I typed sence this is an NPC problem and not something Vs a player charactor

Whats so private about moving a NPC... everyone can see it and knows it needs moved, maybe they did just send u the lame message just cause they didn't wanna help.
