Old player TRYING to play UO again....

Have you tried contacting EA yet? I would try to, it might be a shot in the dark, but hopefully they'd see you haven't logged in and refund you some days.

Try downloading UOGold or KR to see if it works better.

When logging in, try adding uo_ before your account name so it appears like this.... uo_youraccountname and see it that allows you to patch.
