So it's been all most three years since I left the world of UO and ventured off to far off lands that will not be mentioned due to horrid programing mess ups and nerfs.

So don't mind while I ask a couple of questions, and please bare with me as I feel like a total newblet again.

What are some of the major changes in that time that I've been away that a returning player should be aware of?

And what is with these "A small piece of Blackrock" that I have dug up with my miner? Are they worth anything?

Also is there anyone on the Baja shard that would be kind enough to help me replace my massive collection of Runes I had before my house went the way of the Do-do bird and I lost everything in it?

And finally! Anyone know how I can claim my vet rewards? When I first logged in I had a pop-up saying I had 5 availible vet rewards, I picked one (1) and the pop-up will not come back up. Anyone? Anyone?

The Vet rewards claim thing pops up when you first log on. So logging back in will give it to you. I've never tried to get it twice in 1 login so can't help you there

Blackrock has a long history, you'll need to read up on it. But it is expolsive stuff and can "infect" you (You'll hear voices!!)

And the Baga forum here is a good place to get shard specific help

If you are using UOA be sure to uncheck "Auto cancel veterans rewards". Then as Silverfoot mentioned. Every time you log in you will have the option of claiming them or canceling.

Hopefully you have upgraded your account to Mondain Legacy. That is the most recent expansion. With that you will have access to everything that is currently available.

Not sure what if anything the devs will be doing with the blackrock your miner is digging up. You might want to hold on to it just to see what happens in the future.

I have tried to login without my UOA running as well and still that popup for the vet rewards does not show up. I have summoned the GMs for it, but my help request keeps cancelling out for some unknown reason. I have submitted a bug report about it but God only knows when I'll hear back on that. Anyways, again thanks for the welcome and the links folks.
