From my best understanding the correct answer is Never.

They have stated since the beginning that KR is simply a free graphics upgrade that would only be available via download.

I suppose they may include a copy of KR on Stygian Abyss if it comes out on disk, but thats not gonna be for many many months

No, that is no longer correct. She stated here that they are working on this. Just anxious to know the timetable, because I can't even tell if I can run the program once I get it installed, and that isn't going to happen for me with dial-up or bit torrent - believe me, I've tried.

The disk art is getting final legal approval, and the ISO is getting tested one last time by QA - then it all gets sent out to the distributor, and we hope to have the details in a week or so.
