UO U.Hall

For those who have missed the multiple threads pointing out the specific issue, certain objects can no longer be manipulated from any kind of distance.

This means that:

-The Doom Bell (the gateway to the Gauntlet and to artifacts) is non-functional;

-House signs are hard to access;

-Boats are VERY difficult to place;

etc.

But......What is not known at least to me is, what about this Publish could possibly have screwed that up?

Anyone know this, or can reasonable speculate about it?

That is something I would dearly like to know as well...

(Waiting on QA to get in - it's still early on the west coast.)
