So I went today to purchase some groceries on my CC, there should be plenty of room because my attempts at purchasing UOML on it failed.

I get there and its declined, so I come home and ring the CC company, they tell me that there are over $120 in pending charges from a "computer game store" so I explain the situation to her, saying that I received an error and was told the transaction failed. She tells me that although the secondary transactions failed, the primary ones are still on hold.

What this translates into is that when I put in my details, I put a space in my postal code, because that is how we write it, well apparently my CC company doesnt have that space, so it didnt match up and the gamecodes store told me this and to go back and fix it. Little did I know that at this point they had already put a hold on that money on my CC!

So I go back, fix the details carry on and it errors out. Now the error has shown up as a decline, but the original hold is still there! FOUR TIMES(one for each time I attempted to order)! The woman at the CC company told me theres nothing I can do, I just have to wait till it drops off my account!

I asked if contacting the company would help and she said no, as it is in a semi transition phase, kinda just hanging there in limbo.

I sure hope somebody at EA or wherever this ridiculous ordering system is set up at gets their asses kicked! This is just ridiculous! I can handle things screwing up in a game, but when your interferring with my RL by refusing to release a hold on my CC even though it is not needed, I get a lil pissed.

I would advise anyone using/attempting to use this website to be extremely cautious unless you have lots of money to spare while you wait for them to get their act together.
