Not that sure of other shards, but on my passes through Britain, I have noticed it's not as barren as it has been for he past year. Looks to me like there is a definite growing number of people around the West Bank.

The repair hour ,wednesdays,is usually held at The Trinsic Rose Tavern.

The week you saw it in Britt was a week the roleplay community decided to have an 'Annual Moot' and move all our activity to Britt.
I was not there as it was held whilst I was off ill, but here is some more info on what actually was happening an d the feedback

It may of been a 'one off', I was told by the 'repairers' that it was every Wednesday night 7-8pm. Not to worry, it seems to have started a small revolution in the crafting world.

I know one thing for sure, although I can only hit those hours every other week through the summer, I'll be there to repair on the Wednesdays I can:cheesy:
