Actually, I believe the "older" OSI owned homes had no name/owner and the "newer" osi owned ones say it. Seems to be that way at least. They just need to drop any that have been sitting for more than a year.

Well, I remember seeing these every few feet in Fel on Cats. I figured that they were some kind of grndfathered homes that were built by the early settlers

I also remember seeing a castle on that peninsula a bit south of the Destard eantrance that said something to the effect of "Scheduled for demolition by Sosarian Carpenters Union" or something...

Yeah, I was told they were grandfathered homes. Seeing how my friend has 6 houses on her account, and five of them are like that, and one actually shows the owner.

Had not has. Or at least she shouldn't still have 6 grandfathered houses. I think it was about 5 years ago when they made it so grandfathered houses were limited to one per account in addition to their normal house.

Not quite, if an account has X grandfathered houses on an account, they stay grandfathered if the account is kept active and doesn't go over the "Grace period" (which was 90 days)
If it went over the grace period, all houses would then start to decay on that account
if the account was then reactivated before IDOC status, only the house which was placed most recently, would switch back to "auto refresh" (Becomes a primary house), the rest, would decay
