The can someone tell me why i am number 6 on 2 different pages, and why it takes over 2-3 hours for me to get a canned message? Much less, number 6 for 2 pages on the same char?



Then after around 10 mins i get this..



Around 2 hours, 20 mins after that, i finally get a response... A lovely canned message!

Weird, last time I needed GM help I was number 6 in Queue, then out of no where the GM helped, and a couple minutes after I was helped, I still received a message saying I was number 6 in Queue. I had to cancel my help request to get it to stop telling me I was in line still.

That is odd Dip, I started a link about what terrible customer service we were getting from GM's. I'm happy to hear you were one of the lucky ones

The thing about GM's is which GM it actually gets sent to. Some are very helpful, and do stuff like give your pet bird an illegally long name where others through you in jail because someone claims that your hacking, a friend of mine spent 3 days in the slammer because he was reported for hacking, after 3 days he was let out. He got an email saying they have found no trace of his hacking. There was no sorry about inconvieniance or anything. HOW RUDE!!!!!

wish I was lucky enough to ONCE get a helpful GM I've given up on sending them anything. I never use them and when I do I get the unhelpful ones. Makes it very frustrating.

I remember when I started playing and had to page because I had lost something in my house (I think it was my trash barrel...lol, it kept saying I had one though I had searched my 7x7 high and low and didnt see one.) and I got the "sticker shock" of being #197 (or something like that) in the queue. I still think it was only an hour or so before a GM showed up...

This is a bold statement, but I've never waited more then 15 minutes for a Gm. Course it seemed like forever, specially when your corpse is stuck behind the cliffs near tetharan keep. But I've gotten the 6th in que as well, I think that's just their generic term.

To be honest, I haven't waited very long for GM assistance either. Well, back in the olden days, yes. But recently service has been pretty quick. Of course, I don't call the GM too often, only when it's really necessary.

Wow you guys are lucky, on chessy shard we have HUGE issues I've waited hours and I mean hours........check out the site I started about GM's and issues.........

Im new as a couple days ago. I petitioned a gm about my account upgrade and I got a response in 30 min or so. Im on Great lakes though, maybe its less populated.
