I just had to post this and I am kicking myself for not taking a screen shot!

My tamer's pup got locked onto a Grim Reaper that disappeared and would no longer follow commands. I hopped on him, recalled home and paged a GM. My pup still wouldn't follow commands and I had paged for this issue a few nights ago and the GM fixed it without showing up. He just sent a message to give rating of their service, etc.

Tonight when I paged, I was shocked to find GM Adida in my house polymorphed into a Lizardman! (I apologize for not knowing if Adida is male or female so I will refer to the GM as a he.) He had greeted me with BOO!! hehe He fixed my pup and asked me if there was anything else I needed. I just asked why it was happening and he told me about targeting something that was gone. I thanked him and he bid me fairwell and gave me a HUG! OMG LOL!! Now that's a touchy feely GM for ya! A HUGE improvement on past pages to GMs!

Ive had a few good experiences with Adida. I was trying to unlock something after an idoc and he/she asked me how the fall was etc and was overall very friendly, and also when ive had a pet that runs off for no apparent reason.

Adida is a very good GM. Give him/her a promotion or something

oh my, I had the same issue this morning with BOTH my pets (beetle and mare) constantly taking off after a reaper that was long dead. And GM Petrucchio, yet again came to my rescue. That man rocks. Every single time I get him, my problems get fixed within seconds. So I was quite happy to see him pop up this morning.

It is refreshing to act see some praise for Uo GM for once instead of the barrage of moans and whine keep it it well done to the powers to be!

id also like to give GM WOLF a huge hug also i couldnt redeed a wall decoration of a shield and yet i copuld another one he came and helped me with this , hes also helped me a few other things as well even when i dropped something undermy house and couldnt get it , im very happy to see there are some GM'S still helping us ,

I was helping my daughter decorate a house she'd recently been given by my sister. We encountered a minor issue with one item we were trying to move down one tile. A spirit bottle (quest item) she had locked down refused to be moved. So after she had tried several times to move it, I tried. Same problem. So I thought I would first put it in my backpack and try. Big mistake. Then the thing was stuck there! Wouldn't allow me to put it down anywhere or give it back to my daughter. I decided to page a GM to see if one might at least move it from my pack to hers since it belonged to her. Look at who showed up!




She even "meowed" for a picture! Oh, and I asked her permission to post her pictures.




Thanks for the help and the fun, Arrenai! Now I have to go make certain I find an Arrenai pumpkin or two!

About 5 years ago I paged a GM on Halloween and he showed up as a headless horseman. Then after he was done helping me, he disapeared in a flamestrike. I thought that was great.

I recently emailed support about Arrenai. This GM also gave me good service recently.
I was happy to take time out of my night to give a pat on the back where it is due. Hopefully it meant something. This GM goes above and beyond the call of duty with not only helping with the issue but also with friendliness and just the right amount of role play to make his encounter fun! (I say "his" but really I dunno)

I will say the few times I've ever paged I've normally gotten more than just a canned responce, even though in a case or two I deserved one.

They have been doing a great job as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah the GM's here in UO are so nice, I haven't had a compliant with any of them. I have seen Wolf near Halloween to help fix the bug when I couldn't do escorts and then I seen and he was a Skeleton, he should eat more but he was mostly conserned about the cold hehe.

(Oh no here it goes again with bad spelling) Petpperichio <-- I know there is a "t" in there somewhere. They both were nice and helped me out where I needed it. Except Pet...err lol well anyway he was lurking the day so didn't get a chance to see him but he was nice...

I've notices a step up in gm service as well. We had problems with people casting fields into our auction on friday (as we do often). As we do every other time we paged a gm and waited for our canned response so we could all go yeah yeah..bla bla :/.
This week was different. GM Wolf showed up outside the house to calmly ask the person to stop interrupting the auction, then proceeded to take me aside (thought i was gettin put in jail at first hehe) to say "Please let me know if this harassment continues and it will be handled accordingly"
This auction was also a costume contest and after the judging i jokingly said in party "and thanks to GM Wolf!"...to which i got a gm chat response of Wolf saying "You're welcome"---he had been watching the contest haha good times. It's the closest I have come to hanging out with a gm since.....gah I'm old.

My husband had a Halloween experience with GM Adida where she showed up in Lizardman and gave out hugs and was very friendly and very helpful. I wish I had taken a pic now lol.

Yep same thing at Timeless Treasures auction Damin, someone was throwing those dang fire potions all over the place that do like 4 fire fields in one little bottle grrrr. Well we paged cause they were throwing them in the auction area preventing me from unlocking and locking stuff.

Well after about a 30 minutes wait of us continuing the auction through the grief....Wolf showed up...though not as calmly as he did with you lol. Lighting was striking everywhere and I think Wolf was using his angry voice lol. Cause he said....and I quote....

"If you have Calagrafication potions in your pack, I advice you to leave now....anyone caught with them in your pack while here will be taken to Jail!"

Ok I know I spelled the Cal word wrong but you get the point. Well piture this....Dark kitchen, light turns on....roaches scatter. Yep that was pretty much the image, about 8-9 people left the auction in a hurry and we didn't have any other problems the rest of the night....needless to say we have lots of Wolf Pumpkins all over the auction now :-P hehe. He said that he would be randomly overseeing the auction from that point on to deal with the griefers. We've got an auction tomarrow Nov. 4th at 7PM EST, can't wait to see if the griefers show up and how fast Wolf lay-eths the smack down upon thier candy stashes .
