Newb Q about Blackrock
Please forgive my newb-ness, but I have searched all over and cannot find the answer to this. I suppose it is a two-part question, actually.
First, does the "Blackrock" area still exist and work for enhanced skill gains? And second, if it does exist, where is it? Thank you for your help in advance!   Lord L'arr Hamerfeld |

You can "simulate" blackrock area type gains by gathering scrolls of alacrity.

OMG U NOOB! Sorry, someone had to say it,
 As Vep and Paul stated: The Blackrock area no longer exists. *sad face* There are Scrolls of Alcrity that increase your skill gain potentianal like the BR areas did, but they only last for 15 minutes per and some ahrds have stopped spawning them. If your shard has the *real* Candle of Love, no more Alacrity scrolls spawn, so I hear. Im betting (tho I havent checked) that you could find some answers and some info for future knowledge on UOGuide.com . A truly great site for info.  |
