Okay guys seeing alot of post for tamers here is one with results using a dexxer.First here is my tempalte it is a modified sampire:

120 Bushido
120 Swords
100 Tactics
100 Anatomy
100 Healing
74 Parry
36 Necro

wearing darkwood suit with DI,essence of batte and bracelet of healing. and swinging the good ole soul seeker. Used Honor and EoO and lots of lighting strikes.

It took forever but i didnt die had to retreat a few times to heal.Sorry was before the update so i cant confirm any contents of chest.Suit took a beating but thats the cost of business. From what i have seen if you have a template that can solo Dread Horn you should be okay(dont bring your lesser to attack he will see grey quick). I will be on after 5pm est on Great Lakes if anyone wants to get a group together and go dungeon hunting leave a message here and we can meet up.

I'm curious to see the spawn frequency, as well.

I do want to defeat this Stranger, however, I also don't want to camp Despise all night.

The Respawn Rate Seems To Be The Same As The Vanguards 2Hrs. But We At OATH Have Yet To Find Another One Since 11 This Morning. But They Are Not Just Spawning In Despise So Keep Your Eyes Out. They Are More Frequent In Despise But We Have Killed 2 In Other Dungeons.

Ok Not Sure If Something Is Wrong With The Strangers. But We Have Yet To Find Another Since 11 Yesterday. We Have Searched All Anti-Virtue Dungeons In Tram And Fel Still Nothing. If Anyone Has Seen Them Since Then, Please Report Here. Many People Are Looking For Them And Wondering If They Are Actually There Now. Not Too Many Reports On Seeing Them Since The Update With Boxes.
