I went by Gaspar's first screenshot, but they weren't there so I looked around a bit and found them north-west of the ogre lord island. They like to wander around, maybe even rotate between dungeons?

Here we go...
The stranger can be killed using dogs. Gollum from OATH allowed me to post the pic of reward you get for killing him. When he dies, jewels and gold fall from the sky. And then you get this magical lockbox. Not sure what its for.

Update: The jewels taht fall from the sky are of different color and shape as the regular jewels even tho they are named the same. Also they will not stack.

Just ran the entire Level 3 on Sonoma's dungeon. No stranger... =/

dont bring pets the stranger makes them unloyal and they will unbond, at least that is what i was told

I must have missed it on chesapeake can't find him anywhere. They said don't bring greater dragons because they will go wild if you don't feed them over and over. they said dread horses don't lose loyalty as fast.

We Can Tell You That It Doesn't Have Anything To Do With What Or How Many You Kill. And Luck Is Out Of Question As There Is Nothing To Loot. Not Even A Corpse. But Stand Back After He Dies Poison And Fire Everywhere. Everything Drops On The Ground. Piles Of Money, Gems In Many Shapes Which Dont Stack And A Magical Lockbox. Visualls Ask Gollum.

The Magical LockBox Also A Mystery. But We Are Thinking It Has A Connection To The Glass Dagger. If Anyone Remebers, When Your Given The Dagger He Tells You To Put It In A Secure Place Until The Time Was Right. We Did So Hoping For The Best.
