These were supposed to be in this week. It was mentioned in the FoF but I have yet to see anything yet and it is the middle of the week now.

Lets hope Friday brings something 'for the weekend'

Unfortunately, this was entirely neglected on the FoF.

I had great hopes something would occur.

Why would they mention it way before it actually was supposed to appear? I understand dramatic foreshadowing, but this is getting excessive, people!



Anyhow, guess it's back to killing Demon Beserkers for my archer, and peerlesses with my mages.

Gives me something to do while I wait for them to appear!

Here he is folks! He's wearing "Dragon" Armor with crappy resists and thigh boots that are darker than orc thigh boots. He's completely non-aggressive so he won't attack on sight. When you get near him you are "overcome with fear" or something like that and you get paralyzed for a short time, but since he doesn't attack you I'm not sure what that's all about. My melee fighter couldn't do more than 1 damage to him before dying from his flame attacks. And my thief mage can't inflict any damage either. He dispels all my summons almost instantly and he seems completely invulnerable to fire spells.

This screen was taken at the bottom of Despise on Atlantic in Trammel.

I'll have to find one in Fel to see if I can steal anything from him... have funnnn! Let me know the trick to killing one of these. So far I've inflicted 1 damage point between two characters.

Which side did your characters choose?

I actually haven't chosen, haha... too busy tryin to get all my skills maxed lately.

His name is also Myxkion

Chain Lighting with 120mage 120eval did 16 damage, haha.

"Terror slices through you and you are unable to resist him"

He says some neat things when his presence paralyzes you with fear.


I'm also guessing the glass dagger may work? or else you just have to choose the good side? or else you just need to be a tamer with a GD. That seems to be the only playstyle that can kill anything these days, haha

Perhaps the fact that I haven't chosen a side is why he is completely non-aggressive towards my character?

I suppose if I chose good he'd probably be handing me a few gray robes.

Interesting. I tried finding Andrew on Atlantic a while back but he's disappeared - could be unhelpful if you're required to have chosen a side.
