just thought i would say hi, iv never really played UO but it looks great. i started a character named Legion on Lake Austin, so far im a huge noob, havent figured out how to send tells and that sorta thing yet. but yeah, back to killing zombies!

well i keep getting alot of rings and bracelets, are they anything special or are they just something to sell to a vendor? and right now im around new haven, iv gotten a couple new items and i found some ale, so thats pretty good i guess.

The stuff you get from zombies will be best sold for some gold to start you out.

You should talk to the trainers in New Haven that train skills you have less than 50 in for the quests. You can gain faster and get an item at the end of the quest.

But keep in mind you only have 700 total skill points to play with, so don't go skill crazy and start training them all.

Welcome to UOF & Lake Austin! You can sell those bracelets in town & like Dip said, train those skills up using those newbie quests! When your ready, find the moongate and head towards Malas/Luna if you want to find some more people & explore!

is that another shard? anyways, im killing ettins now, they have better stuff than the zombies, but they seem to be harder to find. up to about 15k gold too, but im sure thats chump change for some of you guys lol.

so how long should i wait until i go through the portal? havent really seen my combat skills going up much since i hit 50, iv been trying to do the healing quest as well but its going very slow. the monsters around new haven just arent much of a challenge anymore.
