New 3D Client - Confirmed (Pics!)

I agree with the animations stuff. I am also hoping they improved the look of armor. I really wish they would do more with the variety in plate armor...all drab plane jane.

The death robe needs a work over as well.

Now why would death robes need a workover? I've just dyed my hair to match my most frequently worn apparrel !!!

those pics are nice.. ive always liked the 3d over 2d (yes, im the one).. the problem was that 3d always lagged to hell for me. i have no idea why, im running a fast dsl con and i have good rig to play on....

as good as these pics look, i don't think it will bring me back, the interface and lack of content kinda killed the game for me...

Actually on the events I do okay with, I hardly die on those now my girls are the ones to watch they are always dieing and I am always having to rez them, Sometimes it seems like they never listen to me no matter how much I tell them "All stop, All follow, All guard" they run off screen doing that weird heyna, bark, horse noise even though they are foxes with 3 tails hehe. And they are well fed too Wonderfully Happy and other times they listen and do what I tell them too and do quite well. I guess even NPC's have thier days hehe

I think this client will rock. I've been waiting for a new 2D client, that can take advantage of 3D Accelerated Effects > Particle Effects, for awesome Effects!

I must confess, the spell effects in the current "3d" client were pretty cool

I can hardly wait for the new graphics. I hope they can include some better environmental effects than UO currently has. Those burst rain/snow storms are sad. Wind blowing the leaves of the trees would be nice too

Corpses can be more gruesome as well. But we need the option to have that be toggled on and off for those underage and looking for a pg-13 game.
